How Bounties Work

Put a price on someone's head

1. Post Bounty
Pay to place a hit on a player. The reward goes to whoever claims it.
2. Hunt Target
Successfully rob the target to claim their bounty reward.
3. Collect Reward
Get paid the bounty amount plus whatever you steal from them.

To claim a bounty, you must successfully rob the target player.

Successful Claim

  • Rob target with /rob @target
  • Bounty automatically claimed on success
  • Receive bounty reward + stolen money
  • Bounty removed from board
  • Heat gained from robbery applies

Failed Attempt

  • Robbery fails (55% base success)
  • No bounty claimed
  • Target is notified of attempt
  • Cooldown before retry
  • Heat still gained

Bounties and heat are connected. High heat makes you a target.

Warning
When you have high heat, bounty hunters can find you more easily. Laying low reduces your visibility on the bounty board.

Before the Hunt

  • Check target's balance with /bounty @user
  • Equip best weapon for crime success bonus
  • Use consumables for temporary boosts
  • Keep your heat low for better odds

Target Selection

  • Prioritize high-value bounties for profit
  • Check if target has large wallet balance
  • Avoid heavily armored players
  • Multiple bounties on same target = jackpot
